HCA Physician’s Night.

Our client was looking for a high-quality gift for their company-wide leaders. Despite initial inventory challenges, we worked with our suppliers to provide personalized Ray Ban sunglasses in a quick timeframe. The gifts were featured at the client’s event, held at the VMFA, and attendees could choose their preferred style. Our full-service approach, from providing the product, event setup, inventory monitoring, on-site distribution, and post-event breakdown, left the client thrilled with the outcome.

Initial Challenge.

Our client was seeking something truly impressive and knew they could rely on our company to deliver high-end, name-brand gifts to present to award winning physicians. Despite inventory challenges, our entire team was actively engaged in troubleshooting to ensure this project’s success. We collectively sought out suppliers to meet the demand for all eighty sunglasses and ensured they were imprinted with the client’s logo correctly, to maintain the Ray Ban warranty. While our production team efficiently assembled the personalized gift bags, our leadership team gladly assisted with distribution at the event, ensuring a seamless process. Communication was key throughout this project, not just within our own team but with the client as well. This collaborative effort allowed us to tackle challenges head-on, resulting in a smoothly executed event with fantastic results.
